I led a cross-functional team focused on UGC and growth, driving collaboration across design, product, engineering, and content. My redesign of product hubs resulted in a 32% increase in CTR and meaningful improvements across several of our key KPIs. I rearchitected the category and search taxonomy, creating a more intuitive structure across thousands of products. To reduce friction in launches, I redesigned our post flow, which led to a 28% drop in support tickets. I also partnered with the content team to shape a new user acquisition journey, including onboarding flows and targeted drip email campaigns.

I led a comprehensive redesign and re-architecture of the website, resulting in a 35% increase in average page views. Central to this effort was the creation of a new design system that simplified our front-end codebase and improved both page performance and maintainability. I designed a photo browsing experience that increased time on site by 25%, and helped oversee a strategic shift from regional to geo-located search, aligning the product more closely with user intent and behavior.

I was responsible for 100% of design and product work on web, iOS, and Android. We grew a community from scratch to over 600,000 users. I helped bootstrap the product function from the ground up, balancing speed with long-term vision. I designed and launched mobile apps (first native, then in React) that were featured twice in the App Store. Alongside design work, I developed a programmatic SEO strategy that scaled to over 1 million monthly page views. I also authored around 20% of the front-end codebase, helping bridge design and engineering for faster iteration.
